The world of design also plays its part in the fight against Covid-19. A concrete example is represented by the online charity auction that Annalisa Rosso, chief editor of the prestigious Icon Design Italia magazine, is organizing with Cambi Casa d'Aste.

International designers participate in the initiative, also in collaboration with brands and design galleries. Guglielmo Poletti, successful designer, has decided to join the auction by offering the prototype of a piece designed for Desalto in 2019: the VOID wall console, a synthesis of lightness and purity of volumes. The entire proceeds of the prototype sale will be donated to the Luigi Sacco Hospital in Milan.

Desalto is very happy and proud to be part of this wave of solidarity thanks to the gesture of Guglielmo Poletti who proves to be not only a good designer but also a person of great humanity.
