Curved Attic

Curved Attic is a renovation project in the heart of Valencia, offering a privileged view of the former Turia riverbed. The building, characterized by a circular envelope, inspires the project's concept, enhancing both the views and the fluidity of the spaces.
Casa V35

A house with a garden, whose brick façade evokes the elegance of British style, is located just a few steps from the Royal Palace in Monza and has been redesigned to permanently accommodate the couple who owns it.
Villa Nadmorska

The villa is inserted into a development plan that extends over a panoramic hill in Gallura, overlooking the La Maddalena archipelago. The surrounding environment is characterized by the typical Gallura vegetation that stretches as far as the eye can see to the sea, giving the villa a sense of belonging to nature.
Inside Messina

The Messina restaurant, founded in 2003, is the personal project of its owners, Pía Ninci, Director of Service, and Chef Mauricio Giovanini, who demonstrate daily dedication and culinary excellence alongside their team. The restaurant, awarded a Michelin Star since 2016, now features a new space located on the first floor of the establishment.
Medieval Tower

A house in a medieval tower built between the 11th and 13th centuries, to which an adjacent residential structure was added at the beginning of the 13th century.
Villa Mediterranea

The Mediterranean Villa is the result of a project carried out on an existing building whose appearance has been completely transformed. Starting from the majestic arched glass openings on the facades, the symbiosis between interior and exterior is the absolute protagonist of the architectural spaces.
Villa in Versilia

The space, designed for a car designer, spans across 4 levels, fully utilizing the extensive square footage available. The industrial and highly contemporary character of the neighborhood is reflected in the architectural choices and the selection of materials.

New construction of a private villa spanning 3 floors and 1100 square meters, featuring contemporary shapes and high energy performance thanks to bioclimatic development.
Simona Apartment

The design of this apartment is born from the synthesis of natural elements such as piasentina stone and Canaletto walnut, elegantly juxtaposed in this warm and welcoming apartment with panoramic views of the city of Milan.
Habitat 100

Large-scale renovation of a historic apartment in the center of Stockholm. The apartment is located within a magnificent building designed in the early 1920s by Höög & Morsing, an influential architecture firm largely responsible for the current character of the area.
RPD Duplex

The geometric and technical constraints were crucial for the design language chosen for this duplex apartment in Tel Aviv. Instead of concealing the air conditioning and sprinkler systems, the decision was made to expose them and make them an integral part of the design.

A special location like the Bosco Verticale, elected the most beautiful skyscraper in the world in 2015 and becoming an icon of the new Milan, hosts an original apartment with an eclectic taste.

Old Jaffa House

Adjacent to the rocky hillside on the edge of the ancient Port of Jaffa, this apartment is a collection of spaces dating back 300 years built around a central courtyard.
Monochrome Apartment

The apartment is an elegant example of modern design, characterized by a palette of neutral colors and a monochromatic aesthetic. Every element has been carefully selected to create an atmosphere of refined and contemporary minimalism.
Villa FP+SP

Villa with a composite and charming structure in the heart of a vast natural area rich in olive trees in the countryside of Alghero. The significant renovation process involved the two contrasting elements in rustic style at the core of the living structure, starting from a rationalization of volumes and culminating in defining a complete integration between the villa and the surrounding landscape.
The Pavillon House

The main challenge of this project was to create a house with space limitations that seemed to consist of only two rooms. However, by elongating, extending, and raising the main structure, it was possible to conceal three floors within it and create a pavilion-style house.
