Desalto Around the Globe showcases the brand’s international presence through projects developed with architects and designers. It’s a virtuous circle that highlights Desalto collections while giving professionals global visibility for their work.

1. Can I purchase directly from the factory?

All Desalto products are available exclusively through our Authorized Dealers. Use our Store Locator by clicking the button in the top-right menu, enter your address, and find the dealer closest to you.

2. Do you offer an assembly service?

Assembly services depend on the dealer. Contact your Authorized Dealer directly to check availability and arrange any installation.

3. Where can I find the assembly instructions?

Every Desalto product includes assembly instructions inside the package. You can also download the digital version from the product page on our website. If the product is discontinued or you need specific instructions, please contact our offices via the Contact Form.

4. Where can I find cleaning and maintenance instructions?

Every product comes with a sheet including basic cleaning instructions. For more detailed information, visit the Materials & Finishes section on our website, where you’ll find complete guides and tips for maintaining each material.

1. Can I purchase a replacement part for my product?

To buy a replacement part, contact the Authorized Dealer where you made your purchase, or the nearest one to you.

2. I received a defective product. What should I do?

Get in touch directly with the Authorized Dealer where you purchased the item. They will assist you promptly and guide you through the process.

3. Can I return an item?

Returns are only accepted if previously authorized in writing by Desalto S.p.A. For any issues or further information, contact the dealer who assisted you during your purchase.

4. Can I order a new cover for my sofa, a new top for my table, or a new seat for my chair?

We recommend contacting the Authorized Dealer where you made your purchase. They can help submit your request to Desalto and provide a personalized quote.

5. How can I get support for a product I purchased?

For assistance, replacement parts, or repairs, Desalto S.p.A. works exclusively through its network of Authorized Dealers. Contact the dealer where you purchased the product and provide all relevant details (product codes, images, specific information). Even if the product is discontinued, each request will be carefully evaluated to ensure the best possible support.
