The villa is inserted into a development plan that extends over a panoramic hill in Gallura, overlooking the La Maddalena archipelago. The surrounding environment is characterized by the typical Gallura vegetation that stretches as far as the eye can see to the sea, giving the villa a sense of belonging to nature.
The project starts from the desire to create a villa that expands inwards without sacrificing its panoramic views. This idea arises from the need to create outdoor spaces with plenty of privacy and protection from the wind. The swimming pool, solarium, outdoor recreational areas, and dining area are located at the back of the building, but through the two large corner windows of the living room, it is still possible to enjoy the panoramic sea view from there.
