Wooden Villa

At the heart of the project, the Clay Table defines the main living area, becoming both a functional and aesthetic focal point. Crafted with sustainable materials and natural finishes, the residence combines contemporary design with a harmonious material palette, creating a cohesive, warm, and inviting environment.

Positioned at the center of the living area, the Clay Table serves as the pivot around which the entire home is organized. Located in the heart of the main space, it structures the volumes and relationships, assuming a role that is both functional and symbolic: a place for gathering, sharing, and balancing architecture with interior design.

Finished in the Cement spatulated texture, the table top naturally resonates with the home’s material palette, built on a coherent and measured design language. The tactile surface of Clay aligns with the oxidized oak flooring, the bio‑cementitious resin bathrooms, and the overall monochromatic character of the building, reinforcing the idea of continuity between structural elements and furnishings.

The residence, developed predominantly on a single level and built with eco‑sustainable and biotechnological materials, recalls the essential forms of Northern European farmhouses. The bio‑thermo‑treated larch cladding, coordinated joinery, reclaimed fir interiors and titanium‑zinc alloy roof contribute to a sober and authentic aesthetic, where every choice is guided by principles of sustainability, durability and design coherence. In this context, the Clay Table integrates naturally: its material presence—solid yet discreet—enhances the character of the environment without overpowering it. It becomes the element that synthesizes the encounter between architecture, materials and everyday life, serving as the true centre of gravity of both the project and the domestic experience.
