Desalto @Salone del Mobile Milano - 2026

The Desalto stand takes shape as a narrative landscape: an immersive environment in which color becomes a guiding design principle. The chromatic journey launched last year evolves with renewed intensity, finding a mature voice in the surfaces, materials, and finishes.

The palette becomes a silent code that guides the gaze and tells a story of continuity between research, technical precision, and industrial identity. The entrance immediately declares a clear direction: the composition of Unlimited sofas, arranged with 45° angles and upholstered in a deep blue tone, traces a bold, almost graphic spatial gesture. This chromatic band defines an area for spontaneous gathering—an invitation to pause before moving into the heart of the installation. From here unfolds a sequence of environments shaped through subtraction and transparency.

English translation: Metal grids define permeable volumes, acting as showcases or light partitions. Within these suspended structures, iconic pieces and new additions to the collection are displayed as elements to be taken in at a glance, balanced between function and sculptural gesture. At the core of the stand lies a total blue island, outlined by Helsinki bookcases reinterpreted as temporary architectures. Their essential geometries create a perimeter that both channels and expands the perspective.

English translation: Inside, the Clay Bistrot tables enter into dialogue with a constellation of seating in different materials and finishes: a living inventory that showcases the breadth and versatility of the catalogue. The entire space—spanning lounge areas, exhibition zones, and intimate settings for exchange—is enveloped in a diffuse light emitted by large suspended luminous surfaces. A soft, rarefied glow that enhances proportions, volumes, and textures without ever overpowering them.
