Helsinki Bookcase
The Helsinki Bookcase project is a true all-rounder designed to define the living space. Each element becomes a design detail that interacts with the environment, capable of meeting multiple needs without unnecessary embellishments. The steel tube structure, aluminum die-cast joints, and box-section shelves provide solidity and lightness to the system, while adjustable feet and drop-down compartments or doors in wood veneer complete the modularity and functionality of the project.
The horizontal composition of Helsinki Libreria emphasizes width, making it ideal for open-plan offices or walls requiring a more extensive layout. The low, wide modules provide functional surfaces and easily accessible shelving, with containers and shelves that can be configured according to daily needs. This configuration enhances the horizontality of the space while maintaining order and visual continuity, as the steel tube structure and aluminum die-cast joints ensure stability and design rigor even in larger-scale compositions.
